Tutorial on contributing to deviationTx

When one of the people providing new code that I really respect said they didn't know how to create a bitbucket repository, etc., I figured that had to be fixed.

So here's my probably to long and detailed instructions on how to create a pull request for either PhracturedBlue or team deviationTx's deviationTx repository.

It probably needs a lot of work. The best way to suggest changes is to edit the sources on draftIn . However, suggestions here will be given the same weight.
