7E emulator GUI editor was created by mwm

I've just created a pull request to enable the GUI editor in the 7E emulator. We've had a request for this before. No changes in the actual firmware, but this lets users edit and test home page layouts for the 7E in the emulator.

Great idea, I was under the impression this was already implimented and just found out over the weekend that wasn't the case...

Really looking forward to it (and not having to switch files to my 10 and back just to edit the layout)

Merged. Since it doesn't change the firmware, I went ahead and did this unreviewed.
