I contacted with TaoBao seller for 4in1-DEVO version informatiom, Banggood has already placed an order for this type module, I think you can buy it about end of this month on Banggood site.

Yes. Remove stock module, 4/1 plugs right in for devo 6s, 8s, 10, and 12s.

Devo 7e is trickier.

4in1-DEVO verstion have 4 RF chips inside the module:
CYRF6936
CC2500
A7105
NRF24L01

My Devo transmitter is 7e version.
Can't 4in1 be installed on Devo 7e?

Yes, the Devo 4-in-1 (not to be confused with the Tx module 4-in-1) can be used in a 7E. However, it plugs into the socket the CYRF module uses, which is a different module on the 7E from everything else. So you'll have to solder wires into all those connections instead of just plugging it in.

I have searched and read through most posts on here and I can not find where to buy the 4/1 pop in module for the Devo 8(S). I have seen a few posts saying they exist but no links to where it can be purchased.
Do they truly just plug in or is there still minor soldering?
Any help would be appreciated, I love my Devo 8.

just wait until banggood starts selling buddy, should be any day now.

there is still very minor soldering (much less compared to all the other options). Its only three soldering points on the chip itself, and from there three soldering points onto the radio.

For the devo 8s, you have the option of soldering onto the chip for the third module, so be careful on that particular solder point. everything else is easy.

I wish the devo 8s had an easier to access port. no one has found any to date.

At this time, they're only available from one web site which only has a Chinese version. I can't read it, haven't ordered from it, so won't post a link because there are multiple versions and I might point you at the wrong one. There's an english-language reseller for that site, but it's members only and I haven't joined. A few were ordered by someone in the US and got resold to members here.

Banggood supposedly has them on the way. Like Jon said, wait for that.

Hi Everyone, I just installed my 3 in 1 module yesterday following the instructions on the Banggood.com product page and disappointed that I'm getting a Missing Modules error for the NRF24101. I managed to bind to my Hubsan X4 FC so that tells me the module is getting power and working.

From my understanding of the Banggood installation instructions, the wire soldered to the tiny pin of the MCU is connected to the NRF24101, TCK is connected to CC2500 and TMS is connected to the A7105.
I had a very hard time with soldering to the MCU pin and maybe it ended up being a cold solder joint.

For now, I do not need to use the CC2500 module so I was wondering if I could switch things around and solder the NFR24101 wire to TCK instead.
And correspondingly I will change my hardware.ini settings to enable-nrf24l01 = A14 instead of enable-nrf24l01 = A15
Then at least if I still can't solder to the MCU pin properly, I would still have the NRF24101 module working which is what I really want to use.

Will this solution work so I can at least use it to fly my Eachine toy quads etc?
Can someone please confirm or correct me on this so I know how to proceed? Thanks a lot!

Google Chrome browser has a built in translate option

There are 2 versions available on the web page, a 3 in 1 that's named / translated as 'navy blue' @ 150 and the 4 in one that's named 'blue' @ 220 Chinese yuan (CNY) which is about $33 + shipping

But as said before, and iffffffffffffffff you can wait (some thing I have never been very good at, lol) then Banggood could maybe be a better option, but remember that their 'free shipping' cost is built into the retail price.

Yes Jayodas, in fact that's what I made for my devo 7e, I only use the 7105 and NRF24 from a 3 in 1 module, connected and declared as such on TMS and TCK. And if you manage the MCU solder, you should be able to connect / declare the CC2500 later. (Not there yet either).
