I don't know about the devo10, but for the devo7e, the screen you linked may work but not easily as it does not have a interface board/pcb. It only has a fpc interface which needs a bunch of capacitors and resistors on another board before connecting to the devo.
It should be possible to design your own board based on a reference circuit from the data sheet, but it is definitely not a drop in replacement job.
