CC2500 salvaged question

Hi,

I've just salvaged from a Sky 705 Transmitter a CC2500 PA + LNA :





The CC2500 look like the Aliexpress one.

I have 2 questions about this module :

PA is 20 or 17Dbm ? I've looked for a datasheet , but no luck

The antenna output is in short circuit with the ground (coax removed) : Is it normal ?
(Maybe the green self(?? is it one) does this short circuit, ali CC2500 does not have this green component)
