Read through the threads for the Devo12:

As always this is an experimental build, proceed at your own risk, warning, turn back now, this means you.
Having said all that, it's looking good on my 12s!

This is completely off the radar as far as on going bug fixes. This is the version that RBE2012 and I have worked on. RBE did all the serious work, I just moved the objects around on the pages.
Same warnings apply as above. Working well on my Devo12.
Also adding a zip of the emulator WITH the file system. You may also need more dll's to run it, vlad_vy has posted them below. Thanks vlad_vy!

That shouldn't have anything to do with the libgcc error though.
I don't see the libgcc dll in any of the other emu builds. Not sure if it's only needed for the devo 12 emu for some reason...
Can anyone else chime in here to lend a hand?

One thing I noticed is that I can't change the language back to english after selecting another language. English is not on the list of language options. I can probably reinstall to get around this, but I thought I'd mention it.
Thanks for the great work!

While developing I had some crashes (in the emulator, I don't have a Devo12) and I have to take a intensive deep look in the memory management of the code (esp. using strings longer than defined).
So please be careful when using although I had no crashes in the last time...
EDIT: When my development is for the gui the crashes can happen when the main page is displayed too (what will be usual when flying).

Since then i always make sure not to set the screen dimming to off.
Id say i have about 30 flights on this build up to a 500 size heli.
There is always a risk... Even if you are using stock firmware. But for a 700... I would not tell you its perfectly safe.
The build posted here is one of the early builds with wide screen support. So it has less differences from the true deviation code at that time. Since then rbe2012 has done more changes but this build doesnt have those changes.
The other thing to consider is the protocal you are using. Devo protocol for example is very stable in deviation where as dsm might not be as stable. Im just reffering to the fact that dsm dosent like to bind if its set at less than 7 or 8 channels and that they are still working on telemetry support. Im not saying dsm is unsafe just that the protocol and rx should be taken in to conaideration when thinking about using custom firmware at all... This build or any other
