Devo7e without StandartGui with main page&datalog

Quick build of 3.1 beta 15 for devo7e without standart gui but with main page configuration and datalog and 2 extra switches patch.

Small changes made to source to make it compile, minimaly tested.

Removed datalog
Compiled with static protocoll modules (only flysky skyartec and DEVO available) this means USBHID works

Shure its GPL after all and i am strongly suportive of gpl'ed software. But it is kinda pointless as is, all i did was add some ifdef's around the protocols/ some other places, ill make a patch. I am planing to make a deviation with lots of ifdef switches to allow for custom user builds with a gui frondend for non dev users.

that's awesome news, i think even a text file explaining what ifdef's to use or comment out should be enough for some users i would think, but a gui would be easier for making sure people make no mistakes
