4.0.1 for 7e 2 2way patch, Perm Timer & Layout Ed.

Here is a build I made with the latest GNU ARM Tools (4.8q4) .
This cross-compiler release allow to include 2 major features in the deVo7e code : Permanent Timer AND Layout Editor (and the 2 2ways switch patch).

So this release include :
Standard GUI - Advanced GUI - Telemetry - Permanent Timer - 2 additional 2ways switches and Layout Editor.
It does not include:
Multi Language & Datalog.

I'm not sure but I think that it's not possible to add 2 3ways switches on the 7e cause there is not enough free 'inputs'...

It is, Galee has shown it.
I personally believe that with his approach up to 18 additional switches could be possible, but I don't get it working. Actually I think there is some special wiring on the board what gives me some strange results...
I tested Galee's version (not easy, believe me...) and do I am sure four inputs are possible.
