build is enhancing DSM telemetry values from 255 to 9999.
Works so far, tested on Devo10 (no crashes):

There may be room for some further code improvements, e.g for telemetry range errors and prohibit switching numbers.
Firmware (based on 92e1705) nightly-build version includes DSM fix, has not been published to PB's repository yet:

This time for Devo7E the ZIP with DFU file contains the protocol directory including dsm2.mod and dsmx.mod files (MUST be copied over!).
Link to DFU files: deleted - please use for DSMx Deviation release 5.0.0 or better Vlad's DSMx custom build (includes CYRF reset) which will be commited later to 5.0.0-nightly-build and probably 5.0.1 backport
