Full Red/Black High Contrast Theme by Lyndros

Hi Guys,

I wanted to make always deviation to look a much better, I really like the functionallity but not the "eye candy". So I expend this weekend making a new theme, new icons, toggles everything.

For the splash logo I used the one that Khan did in another thread (I only modified the color and a shadow...).

All the others Icons are made from scratch the effor was a lot but I think that really worth it so I wanna share it with you.

I've been thinking of either an 8s or 12ss. Been worried the screen won't get full usage and not look right. This has pushed me towards the 12s. I don't think there are many 12s users on here.

The theme is cool, but not sure how it goes in bright sunlight. Is it still readable?

No problem at all, at least with a DEVO12S.

totally right 944storm, i tried to make some corrections in the DEVO 12S gui regarding positioning items, ICONS, in order to use the full display of the DEVO12. I even made a thread but got 0 replies ... so I guess that I will not work in the GUI since if no one agrees I can push changes but they will not be accepted in the repo.

I tried hard to found good layout template for Devo12 and found your thread. Did you included your layout template in your attachments? I want to use it as a reference.

The layout template is the default use for DEVO12 (I think that is the one coming in the filesystem within the latest release).

I found the layout is just the same as Devo 8 in the default file, could you please share a model file to me, so that I can copy the layout from it?

I am anxiously awaiting my 12s to get here. The main screen layout, is that your layout or is it one that is now going to be included I. The next release? I was toying with emu and all the unused space is crazy.

Since I am trying to figure and learn all the GUI layout and the coding, would you be able to share the edits you made? I would like to take a look at them. Thanks!

Lydros, I have modified your theme for my style. I changed all bmp files but it seems there are something missing (i.e. still red). How you make those changes? Attached is my theme.

Hi Richard,

Some of the colors are define in the .ini file where you can define the colors and the font types.

Regarding the attachment try to reduce the size of the attachment it looks that is too big.

Really strange, I remembered that I do not have any problem in uploading files here in the past ..........

Just figure out a bug in displaying your theme in the latest nightly. Some text in the button monitor is in black color, in which v4.0.1 release do not have this problem. I am checking which change cause this problem.
