wiring guide and module hookup pics

(note that I had to use an alternate point to source 5v, it would usually be taken from pin6 of the rf board pins)

and that's the difficult part done, all that's needed now is to modify the hardware.ini to suit the wiring points, fit an antenna and go fly. though as I'm not keen on the rf path used on this daughterboard I'm going to modify it slightly, I'll be doing that tomorrow so I'll post details on that when it's completed.

Looks like pin 9 and 13 are connected to the wrong place. Pin 13 of the 4 in 1 module goes to pin 9 on the TX board and pin 9 on the 4 in 1 module goes to pin 13 on the TX board.

I made the 4-in-1 modification all perfect. I have a problem the devo 7E and do not verify it when I buy it, after a few minutes running the menu buttons do not do their functions. Where i have the problem ???????
It is a problem of the transmitter or the modification ??????

If you use extra switches, in a matrix, did you use the proper glass 1n4148 diodes (and not the bigger higher current black 1n4001 etc)

If I put additional switches. Use 4 diodes 1N4004 on both switches.
In middle position it should not affect.

probably you are right, however I would really recommend to replace diodes anyway (the 4004 I think are rectifier diode, and remember there have been reported issues before)

Otherwise you could put some fresh flux around CPU and reflow, to ensure there is not a tiny soldering crack. My both U7E with the the new CPU run perfectly fine.

Yes - use copious amounts of flux (flux is the key!) reflow the processor leads. I had the same symptoms with the 3rd one I did - and no bridges were visible to the naked eye.

I have a problem, I made the 4in1 modification and only the CYRF6936 module works.
The other modules, when you choose a protocol and link to it, do nothing.
I have checked the wiring and it is correct.
I don't know what to do

Do you enable chips and related ports in "hardware.ini"? If not, all protocols for these chips will have asterisk in front of protocol name.

I probably didn't do this step, hardware.ini.
Thank you

I have my Devo 7e, with the multiprotocol module. I have a problem, I want to access the channel order, but I can't find the way to configure Wltoys 912. What are the steps to access that page and change the channel order.
Thanks
