Huge stretch here but I've bricked my PICkit2 and am desperately trying to find another without spending more than they cost new. There are no constant listings for OEM PK2's on ebay (only crappy clones) and when used OEM's do come up they sell for $50+ when they only cost $35 brand new!
I've got a PK3 so I can program PIC's for now but I'm mostly interested in the other features of the PK2 (like the 4ch spectrum analyzer and other features that were dropped on the PK3, a horrible horrible little "upgrade") plus I dont keep up with the current PIC's so I dont care that no new chips are supported (and again, if I even needed to use a new chip I do have a PK3).
Like I said I know this is a huge stretch but at this point I'm resorting to posting on all the forums I'm on, I really need a replacement. Even if yours is physically broken / smashed / USB port broke / whatever, I zapped mine being stupid so I could rebuild with the iC's from a physically broken unit.
