Looking for a Devo 7e with the 4n1

Does anyone sell a modded Devo 7e with the 4n1 already setup?

Note that in the US at least it's probably illegal to do that. The FCC loophole that lets us mod radios is for personal use only. Giving it away afterwards is probably ok, but doing it for money for someone else is definitely a grey area, and selling pre-modded one is clearly commercial use, so requires a certification which doesn't exist.
