I am using a DEVO 6 so my switches a slightly different for Devo 8/10/12 users.
Gear 0 is throttle hold
FMOD 0 - Coaxial like, slow throttle, slow aile/ele
FMOD 1 - Fast indoor flier, quick throttle, quick aile/ele
FMOD 2 - Menace, FAST throttle/ AILE/ ele.
Mix 0 - Slow rudder
Mix 1 - Medium rudder
Mix 2 - Rapid rudder.
Devo 8/10/12 need to change throttle hold to Rudd/ DR
