Why not? If it is controllable with F4/F7 it will be with deviation. Only the video can not be shown on the deviation supported tx (due to a lack of video receiver).

well thank you sir. I just ordered it, now I gotta figure out how to setup the radio...never dealt with multi rotors

I have not seen a manual for the Pandora but I am quite sure that it will be controlled like a flybar 4-channel-heli. Setup should be easy.
If you encounter any problems, please don't be afraid to ask (assuming you have at least read the manual ).
