UMX AS3Xtra (Model Config Request) was created by coryroyce
Has any one here already created a model config for the new Horizon Hobby UMX AS3xtra? (I'm using a Devo8s)
I know this plane has a few different built in flight modes and I'm hoping that someone has already created a config that switches between the different flight modes.

Just thought I'd give this a bump as I just ordered the plane. And, as I just registered on this site and will now try to make my 8s work with this plane
Great site, thanks for any help.

Aprt from the AS3X switch, its just a generic 4 Ch plane config.
I'll be setting up mine in a few weeks, I'm sure the AS3x is on ch5 .
You could use this to get you started
www.deviationtx.com/forum/model-configs/...cro-t-28-trojan#9181
Then add the Ch5 switch, copied from the sport cub S on this forum.
Not sure if thats all I need for ch5 , Im learning as well.

Do not ask me questions via PM. Ask in the forums, where I'll answer if I can.
My remotely piloted vehicle ("drone") is a yacht.

The HH models AOL tend to use the same or similar flight modes settings. If the AS3Xtra is what I think it is, you have to tweak the flight controller settings to get to all of them, and deviation can't fix that. But the there's you can get to on the current flight controller settings should all be reached the same way no matter what they are, and a model config for anything worth flight modes support (like the SAFE models) should work.
Just a guess, mind you!

This is a setup video on youtube that shows what I'll be attempting with the deviation 8s:
