Blade 200QX

I've modified safety value to -150.
It works flawlessly on my Devo 8S. FMod for modes selection, Aile D/R for rates, Rudd D/R for starting & stopping motors.
No icon file, I'm not good at that
Change filename to insert that in your own ini library.

With all the smart minds around here I am sure someone will eventually come up with a 7e 200qx file...

But you still want either the 3-position mod or the two 2-position mod. The "Init" switch also works as a throttle hold, so you don't want to give that up. The added switches cover flight mode, and then you have one switch left for dual rates or RTH(350)/Camera(200). The 350QX with the two switch mod would work well, treating RTH as a fourth flight mode.
On the 7E, you'd want to use the new "Trim button" feature to turn one of the screen nav buttons into a camera switch. I did that for the Nano QX flight modes before I sold my 7E.
FWIW, I copied my old 350QX version (based on Fabians, moved to v4.0 by yours truly) to the 200QX, and then put the camera on MIX1 instead of GEAR0, so in theory I can toggle MIX hi->low or low->high to take a picture/start the camera. Worked like a charm, but I'm not planning on using the Eflight camera.

I used it for my 500, 330 and my Blade 350QX. Worked flawlessly.

This is just a guess, but you might try setting the throttle safe value to a lower value.

Very scare somehow got motor going but cant turn it off!!!!! This went on over minute on my carpet! Had to hit one of blades with a pillow to force system into unbind mode where all lights are flashing, i was then able to unplug lipo.

1. Start Motor
2. Stop Motor (Throttle Cut)
Safety Vaule set to -150?
I am using Devo 10
It looks like we have to use Rudder D/R switch for both starting motor and stopping but I am not sure.
As mentioned earlier I was performing test to get my motor to start. Quad was sitting on my carpet and next I know motor starts and it was throttling veery high and I COULD NOT stop the motor!
Perhaps we can get a simple model menu instead of Advance since this Quad doesn't have Return home option and other functions from QX 350.

Set safe value to -150. Set throttle trim scale to 104.
To start motor, push throttle stick bottom Left then bottom Right. Click Rudder D/R to Rudder d/r 1. To stop motor click Rudder D/R back to Ridder d/r 0.

Thanks for the DEVO 8S configuration file.
It's working (with Safety Value set to -150) for me also

You will find joined as file a "Deviation like" icon file for Blade 200QX.
Just :
1) Add the following icon file into the <\modelico> folder.
2) Edit your configuration file <xxxx.ini> to add the line icon=BL200qx.bmp
Have fun
[Edit]
Another icon with better look and transparent background : Blade 200qx 96x96 color icon with transparent-bg

Thanks,
Devon
If you get it working could u share the model I'll try it out

This appears to work, in that the light changes color, but don't know when I'll have time to test fly it. This is the 350QX-modified-for-200 model I use on my 10. Most of it should be familiar:
Rudd DR: Init & shutdown/TH.
Ele DR: Reset Timer 1
Gear: -
Mix: see below
Ail DR: DR for Ail & Ele. 0 is EXPO to flatten the center, 1 is 70% rate (which means the center behaves roughly the same in both modes).
Fmode: 0 -> Stable, 1 -> "Stagility" mode, 2 -> Agility mode.
Mix control how the stagility mode works:
0 -> Normal, it's always in the "blue" stability mode.
1 -> Low stagility: Around 90% Ail or Ele (both is more sensitive) it kicks the quad into agility mode.
2 -> High stagility: As above, but transitions around 60%.
The percentages are guesses. You can tune the stagility transitions by changing the scale factor on Virtual 4: Mixers 2 & 3 are low mode, mixers 4 & 5 are high mode.
If you try it, please report back!
