Cant bind qx70 quad to devo 7e

Hi GUYS,

I'm still pretty new to configuring quads on with betaflight. I have a qx70 which im trying to bind but having no success. I have read the manual however
after doing what it says in the cli nothing happens, I think i am missing something or doing something wrong here.

I have a devo 7e transmitter. If anyone has any advice or help ide greatly appreciate it. thanks in advance.
