How to configure a model built by me was created by Carlos_Ribes
I have a T8SG V2 Plus and so far I have managed to configure Hubsan and Bugs models with the help of this forum. But I wonder if I build a drone, and I configure it with BETAFLYGTH assign channels etc. how do I assign model in Deviation? Is there any limitation regarding the receivers that the drone can carry? How do I match the channels assigned in Betafligth with those in Deviation.
Thank you

1) open a "new model template" or copy an excisting one.
If new model assign all your channels pots and switches.
2) in Deviation Channels monitor check if all are working.
3)Choose and select a receiver of your choice and bind it. (preferred use serial receiver Sbus/Ibus/Fport)
4)Connect receiver to flight controller, Normallyan inverted Rx Uart pin for Sbus select in betaflight right serialport settings and Serial protocol. Check betaflight Wiki.
5)Check betaflight Rx monitor page if channels are moving correctly.and checkin quoadimage betaflight if all moves right direction.
6) Some time in deviation scale values channel to be changed so min max are 1000-2000
7) Assign all switches in Betalfight, ARM/PREARM/Flightmodes.
So now you should have basic part TX/RX working.

1.-When you say "a new model template" do you mean simply add a new model?
2.- When you say that you select a receiver and bind it. I do not understand where I have to bind it
3.- When you say "Connect receiver to flight controller" do you mean where do I have to solder the receiver?
Sorry, but as you can see I'm a rookie

yes first watch some you tubes and or have a look into the product documentation deviation, flight controller, betaflight.
These basics on RC are out of scope of this deviation forum......
1) In Tx you setup a model file were all Tx setting for the model are stored.
2) Bind is a one time procedure, normally a button at receiver and at Tx.
3) Yes, solder Sbus Rx out, to the Sbus Rx Uart at flight controller.

I bought a Wizard X220HV, and I put a Frsky R-XSR receiver, I managed to link it and the sticks work well, Now I do not know what correspondence there is between the AUX of Betafligth and the numbers of DEVIATION channels. For example the BEEPER is in AUX 1, in the MIXER of Deviation I have to do it in Channel 6? And so with the others ... the AUX 2 with Chanel 6, the AUX 3 in chanel 7?
I've tried it and the BEEPER that I've put it on channel 5 (AUX1) works, but the armed and flight modes do not. I have configured the setup as SIMPLE on channel 6 (AUX 2) for arming and the flight modes as COMPLEX on channel 7 (AUX 3) but they do not work
Please help me.

Hello, I need some help too.
I have bought an Eachine tyro 99 and I installed on it a Walkera RX-SBUS reciver (because I’d like to use my Devo 7 transmitter). I did everything as the youtube videos sad regarding the build and setpu on betafly, but I can not controll it. The fc can not get the controllers signes (I could manage to bind the reciver with the controller, LED lights continuosly on it)
Do not know how to step forward ???
Thank you in advance,
