Mixer help please

I need some help with the deviation mixer. Devo 7e or 12e

I have Quanum Madcow flight controller. This FC has one major fault in that when disarming the throttle stick needs to be in the correct position for it to actually disarm and the position is dependent on the flight mode 2D or 3D. This is not good enough for me for safety reasons.

In 2D flight modes the throttle output needs to be -100 to disarm and in 3D flight modes the throttle output needs to be 0 to disarm.
I have the Madcow set for three flight modes, 1x 2D mode and 2X 3D modes.

I have

Throttle on channel 3
Flight modes on channel 5 using three position switch. SwB on 7e or mix on 12e
Arm/disarm on channel 6 using 2 position switch. Hold switch on my 7e or elev d/r on 12e

Thanks in advance
Gerry

Edit.... I have figured out how to do what I need.

Devo 7e A7105 NRF24L01 CC2500 2x3 way & voice, Devo 12e 4 in 1 & voice.

Yes it seems to be a unique fault of the Madcow flight controller and thankfully something I was able to overcome with the awesome power of Deviation.
Turns out it is a pretty simple mix to make it work, a 2 page virtual channel with fixed values set by the position of the flight mode switch and a second page added to the throttle channel that uses the value of the virtual channel when the arm/disarm switch is in the disarm position.

Attached it a copy of my model ini.

Edit, model ini is for my modded 7e and I can supply the same ini for the 12e with the appropriate switch changes.
Edit, add model ini for Devo 12e
