model parameters for Walkera scout x4 Devo f12e

Looking for parameters for scout x4. Used ones for Tali 500 but having trouble binding to rx1202, may be another issue... Have f12e loaded with deviation 5.0 and using buildfs. Took awhile to figure out but looks like everything's working on transmitter just having trouble either binding or arming motors on scout. Do I need to access rx and use bind plug? Any help appreciated. P.s. reloaded Devo firmware and scout works great so no problems on bird I assume. Thanks

Ok so I disabled fixed I'd and binds good now, had to change model config from 8 to 12 channel and everything is working fine using Tali parameters, landing gear, GPS hold, ioc, and rtl checked but don't have my gimbal on so I haven't checked other features
