Flaperon

Does anybody have a flaperon tempate with different rates ?

1. You have to use two channels on your Rx. One Servo at AIL, the other at AUX1.
2. After that you have to program complex Mixers on both of the channels.
3. At the 1. Page (at both channels) set Src = AIL / Switch = None / Mux = replace / Scale and Expo as if you like.
4. On 2. Page (also both channels) set Src = FMODE1 / Curve = Zero/Max / Mux = add / Scale and Offset in this way, that your Flaps works as you like.

thanks for the reply i got it working but having trouble setting high/med/low rates it works one way of the other not both ways...Still trying to figure it out..

5. On 3. Page (also both channels) set Src = FMODE2 / Curve = Zero/Max / Mux = add / Scale and Offset in this way, that your Flaps works as you like.

6. FMODE0 = No Flaps. No Mixerpage needed.

If you need more settings, use another free switch at your Devo. If you have some Potentiometer, you can also use these. Src = AUX5 or AUX6.

Which Devo do you have?

Using a 12s and what I am wanting to do is set flaps to fmod switch and use the 3 position mix switch for low med high rates for aileron and elevator...I currently have the rates set up and working but soon as i add extra mix pages to make the flaps work i loose the low/med/high rates ..i can can get one or the other to work just can't get both to work together as i want...

Fine, i got also a 12s and Model13 is my Kunai (RX Devo 602) with Spoilers at the FMODE switch. You will find attached the Model13.ini file and have to change the direction maybe.

I programmed a little ELEV to counter the climbing of the Kunai, have a look at the mixer.

Thanks i will see if i can use it as a example to modify my mixer settings hopefully will get me in the rite direction...

Used your file change the setting in mine and now i have 2 settings on the flaps using FMOD1 and FMOD2 plus have low/med/high rates on the Mix switch...It works perfect!
