Nice. Do you know what model Rx that is? I'd be looking for a low-cost Tx/Rx pair to work with if I do any development. Just because it uses the CYRF transceiver doesn't mean it'll be easy though. DSMx is a good example of that.

I think it's not low-cost Tx/Rx.

I was wondering whether they had lower-end equipment (like Spektrum has) using the same protocol.

The SD-10G transmitter is both FHSS-1 and FHSS-3. The other aircraft radios use FHSS-1.
