Ok, we'll live without camera functions for now...
I'll add yd-829 as a new protocol option (Format).

Thanks, found 2 flags, so I guess one is snapshot and the other is video on/off, well, I'll implement them, worst case is they will come mixed up, not a big deal ...

ok, try that:
www.dropbox.com/s/11i4k8ih62jgbt0/deviat...0.1-ff43c45.zip?dl=0
(select YD829 Format in CG023 protocol options)

Ok, tested.
Rates now are working (low rate 100, ¿medium rate value?, high -100 at channel 10)
Headless is working ok (channel 9)
Flips working ok. Channel 6.
Lights... no idea. In theory this quadcopter doesn't have light control.
Picture/video. Can't test, but when I simulate channels 7 and 8 the lights blinks. But I think is working ok according the light blinks. Channel 7 for picture (only one blink every time I activate), channel 8 for video (one blink the first time I activate, 3 blinks the second time I activate this channel) I will ask at RcGroups guys about this.
The only problem I can see is an strange delay sometimes. Not always, but sometimes some commands are slightly delayed...
Sometimes when I apply roll/pitch or yaw command, the quadcopter take about 1/3 second to react, and sometimes when I release the TX stick, the quadcopter take about 1/3 second to stop the command and level.
Hard to explain with my bad english

Light is not implemented when this format is selected (Ch5 does nothing).
Regarding your problem, that's strange, the only things I modified are flags and packet period, which is shorter than for cg023 in your capture. (4100µs vs 8200µs)
I just modified something else, please re-download and try.

More updates...
I figured the medium rate as 25 value at CH 10.
About the delayed commands. After repeat the binding process for a few times, resetting the quadcopter and TX, I can't see the issue any more
I don't know, need more tests...

Ok, let's try shorter period then... re-download.
But in the capture it's 4100µs from start of packet to start of next packet...
Can you try a few different power output values ?
