JJRC H20 Hex Quad

BTW, I figured out why I could not find the original cables for the Saleaelogic. I used them on my tilted quad for connecting a KK2.1. I should be using iNav with nRF24L01 and then recover the cables. Anyway 1 of the 4 ESCs was bad. I am still waiting for the replacement. That would be another project waiting in line.
Thanks.

The stock TX does quite a bit. It beeps or flashes on everything except regular throttle/rudder/cyclic.
My H20H does not have a camera but the TX is capable of controlling one.
Please check and advise if they are OK before I unsolder those wires, 3-wire SPI is a bit odd.
Thanks
BTW, txz is tar.xz

That's a good question ....
It's even worse with some machines like the CX10, they change the protocol with every revision of the PCB
We probably have yet another one for H20H.
I also received a JJRC H36 (= Eachine E010) yesterday. It uses a battery with bigger plug. H20H battery has a smaller plug with reversed polarity. Looks like JJRC uses a different board designer for each model.

goebish wrote: Thanks for the captures, at first glance it's pretty similar to the H8-3D / H20 protocol but with a few differences, shouldn't be very difficult to add it, it's on my list ... and you can remove the wires.
Yes it's what I observed with the H20-mini.... It's binding the H8-3D, but no controls ...

Do you have an H20H as well SeByDocKy ? TX id / channels is not the same than for H8-3D/H20, I need captures from more than 1 TX ...

....but backorder. So it won't be here in a couple of weeks.
The altitude hold works pretty well for such a small device. The controller is of the "Phantom type" with spring loaded throttle that defaults to 50%. A click on the throttle arms the H20H and a quick throttle-up launch the H20H automatically to around 150 cm altitude. Smacking it into the ceiling if you start from a table.
Left front button is toggle between beginner, intermediate and expert mode. Right button is auto flip.

This cheap one would work:

I could not shut down the H20H when it crashed into my curtain (not in a upright position). It looks like clicking and lowering the throttle stick would not turn off the motors. It just hang onto the curtain with motors running indefinitely until I turned off the stock TX. That is the one of the things I don't like, i.e. no emergency shut down.

One of the protocols I added recently (JXD-506, with alt hold too) has one.

Thank you. I have ordered one of those now.
