i will test headless and snapshot next
on the hubsan tx to take a snapshot is weird.
you have to press twice the tx boots up in video mode
to take a photo you press the photo button to take it into photo mode and then again to take a snapshot.
same again to get it into video mode
this is why i would like to set up on buttons rather than a swtich but im not sure it is possible
i will check the switch too
thanks

I don't have the new Hubsan, but I use the old ones. I think the ini in your previous post could be part of the problem. If your flip isn't working right, Your setting for channel 6 could be changed to:
You can use the same mix for channel 5 to turn on/off lights. Note that you want the lights on by default, so choose to use position 0 as active, unlike channel 6.
[channel6]
template=simple <-- use simple mix type
[mixer]
src=FMODE1 <-- switch will be active in position 1, flips on when in this position
dest=Ch6 <-- channel for flips
curvetype=min/max <-- change from -100 to 100 when active
points=0 <-- no expo or curve points usedYou can use the same mix for channel 5 to turn on/off lights. Note that you want the lights on by default, so choose to use position 0 as active, unlike channel 6.

Lights are unimplemented with plus protocol format, they can't be turned off, channel 5 is unused.

Ok, but the same procedure applies to the other on/off channels, like headless, and such.
Is there a new button for photo/video? I know you've assigned a channel, but if this model has an addition button it could be easier than using trims.

ok
headless mode and snapshot working too as well as vtx frequency select
both models bind to same protocol thanks Gobish!
here is my ini file for the 7e
video record is on hold switch (due to the limited number of channels in the mixer which is 8 headless cant be assigned in the mixer due to it being channel 9 and can only be used in buttons and trims does everyone agree?)
flip mode is on the Fmod switch
headless is on the up button
snapshot is on the down button
I would have preferred to have headless on the hold switch and video and snapshot to the buttons but I couldn't find a way?
also it seems that assigning channels to the R+ and L+ doesnt work unless I have a conflict?
Im still learning so bare that in mind
cheers

Thanks for reporting that everything works !
I'll tidy up the code and make a pull request then.
Unfortunately I'm not the best one when it comes to give tips on setting up models in Deviation

Ask Hexfet if he can do it, but only once the code has been cleaned up, that shouldn't be long

My pleasure, and don't be sad if you ordered a logic analyzer for "nothing", it'll be useful the next time you have a machine that's unsupported in Deviation

i needed to get one anyways. id love to learn how to hack these protocols myself but iv never done any "coding" so i think it will be above me
with my youtube channel I am being sent a few sample quadcopters for review so always good to have the logic analyzer

I created a
pull request
(please click "approve" if you've tested the test build, that should make it into nightly faster), now feel free to include it to any unofficial build you want

H107D+ TX very smiler H501s TX
but has some different
H501s has GPS Module and two toggle switch (GPS mode , Return to HOME mode)
no A7105 chip ,
www.deviationtx.com/forum/protocol-devel...s?limitstart=0#40423
i think same GND , SCK , SDIO , SOS pin
