Thanks a lot for the info.
Now I hope that Moeder's fix for device=xxx settings in sound.ini for the devo12s is also in the nightlies.
That will enable the use of the buzzer for the vario sound with voices for the other warnings.
Regards

Sorry, been quite busy these weeks. I haven't pushed the fix to nightlies, please be patient a couple of days, I'll see what I can do.

Hello
I have adjusted the Freq-Fine setting with a Frsky Rx.
I have bought another one.
Can I assume that the setting of Freq-Fine will be the same for this new Rx (and any Rx using this protocol) ?
Regards
Morlacus

Probably not. My own experience is two D4R receivers with FreqFine of -42, and one XSR at -15.

I opened topic some time ago, to see what are the fluctuations.
I would expect that each Tx module has it's own (constant) offset.
www.deviationtx.com/forum/3-feedback-que...ncy-tunes-here#68331
Variations then would be variations in each Rx?
I believe the Midelic RX code also has some auto tune and try to bind at center? No ideaif this is also implemented in the major Rx.

Anyone who has a problem with binding should perform a frequency fine tuning (to go to "freq-fine" select the protocol (in this case frskyX) then press enter). It is recommended to perform it even if the default setting is correct.
The freq-fine is 0 by default, and in certain cases with frsky receivers (for example R-xsr), the freq is so bad that the binding is impossible. In some cases the binding is possible, but the connection not as good as it should be. So I recommend to do the freq fine tuning to achieve the best freq for your receiver.

I am using a Jumper T8SG Plus v2. Firmware up to date. Frsky xmplus. Tx set to FrskyX with 16ch and RSSI to LastChan. I see RSSI on the receiver tab in Betaflight on Aux12, but I can’t see the RSSI on TelemRSSI output on the Tx. Should I be doing something else?

XM+ does not transmit rssi back to tx, only to bf for use over osd.

I just cleaned my Devo 7E from dust, because I am planning to build mu first quadcopter. Started looking at receivers, initially was planning to go with DSMX, as I know that works fine, but I started looking ad FrSkyX receivers.
I couldn't get that from that topic, but does that latest protocol supports telemetry fully ? (GPS, Voltage etc.), I can see no RSSI but what about GPS?
I want to know that before I will buy CC2500 module.
