Another awesome job,big shout outs to hexfet and planger for allowing this acro mode to be implemented in the latest build,just took her out on a quick test flight and the acro works flawlesslyI didn't check the b8 pro flips on channel 7 and I didn't check the transition between acro/angle modes during flights because my channel 10 was also mapped to my arm and disarm switches,I remapped the switches so I'll give it a go later and will update,thanks again for the hard work,it's greatly appreciated..

Just took it out for a flight,it doesn't look like you can between acro/angle during flight with the bugs 8 pro,I think you got to take out the jumper and rebind it to fly it in angle,I tried every switch and it continues in acro during flight...

Yes I too must give all you guys at Deviation a big shout out. You guys have made this hobby so mutch more fun with your efforts Its a real pleasure knowing that there are people out there willing to be patient and help people with the kindness you have shown. I have an issue..so I was able to bind the Bugs-3 using a late dfu....not sure if it’s the latest or not right now and the bugs flys great with the jumper and I can turn on and off the lights..but here is the problem...I have installed an fpv cam that plugs into the board..and can record when pressing the right shoulder button on stock remote..but I cannot program the jumper to do that as o believe it’s because it only shows 7 channels on mixer? So basically I can’t record my flight using the mjx C5830 cam with jumper..which stinks because as you know I can get more range with jumper...smh Any help would be appricieated... thanks in advance...

So, I seen this may be covered from a reply from Hexfet which was stated (22Aug18) Test Build Updated (5122995) to support video and picture controls... But, how do I find this. under test builds I do not see that number..

Just bought a Jumper T8SG and would like to run it on a Bugs3 Mini. Are there any plans to create the code for the Bugs 3 Mini?

When I got to nightly builds I see stuff like:
deviation-t8sg-v5.0.0-1cf0866
for download but I do not see the one hexfet stated added support for video and picture controls as in the forum he stated it was test build (5122995) ... should the download name match the numbers he provided?? I am probably nuking this but any assistance is appreciated..

You can use that 1cf0866 it's in there.

Has anybody managed to switch from angle to acro mode while in flight with the bugs 8 pro,or do you have to shutdown and rebind to switch modes,any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Awesome thanks S! I will work on it this weekend.. I'm real excited to get some good FPV video while using the controllability and range of the jumper... lastly what are your thoughts on the new editions of the jumper? a must have?? or is old gray and black good for now.. thanks again...

Hi guys, total noob here just found this brilliant forum and I have to say I'm stunned by the knowledge of the people here. Thats enough rambling, I'm writing here because I'm about to get my bugs 3h, this is the new model with altitude hold function. I'm pretty good with electronics as a hobbyist so I thought I could collaborate with you guys to see if the protocol is any different on this model. I haven't found any info on the 3h so far, so I think its a good idea.
On the other hand, I'd love to fly on a frsky x-lite, and the only option I found is the vantac mpm module. Is that the only multi protocol tx module that fits the x-lite? If so, I would give it a try to design a pcb for a diy version, but I would need a bit of help with that.

im using jumper silver and jumper v2 plus,
with nighly build 8 september, i just found this will work on mjx bugs3 new, bugs 6, bugs8, bugs 3mini, bugs 8 pro
but not working on bugs 3 first edition(maybe first batch production), mjx b3h, mjx b5w, mjx b3pro and mjx b2w
but anyway, thank you so much for all working here

With nighly build 9sept( ~21674bd), bugs3 first edition works well.
I have 2 pieces of b3 first edition, is there any method for 2 auto binding with i modeling , not seperately modeling ?

I have a Bugs 3 bought in Jan 2017. Transmitter is Devo 7e modded with NRF24L01 , A7105 modules and 2-3x2 switches. I can only get the motors to arm and disarm , no other inputs seem to work. I am using the model23.ini from COckpitvue.

I have used the Devo 7e to fly WL Toys 686g. SymaX8, Frankenspider, JJRC 1000 and a 450 Flamewheell
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you update the protocol folder when you updated the dfu?
