DEVO F12e&RX1202 with naze32,constant arming issue

My setup: Devo F12e, RX1202. Recently I am having constant issues arming the quad. It just wont arm easily by one push. I have to push several times to arm. It all started after pluging remote to usb trainerport. And after that stick directions got somehow changed opposite directions. Got this solved changing stick directions to reverse. I even zeroed receiver and rebind it again but despite that no change, arms only after several push. Also deleted quad profile in devo and created again, nochange. Cleanflight chart shows all remote stick movements without problems.But problem remains - can't arm easily with single push. So what the hell? Any ideas-suggestions?

please look onto the rates what your devo transmit.
in my setup i have to set in the setting 150% instead of 100% in the channel offset, so i have min at the cleanflight below as 1000ms and max over 2000ms signal length this working good for my system.
