Devo8 constantly beeping on binding with Master CP

Having bought myself a Robbe Trainer CP (which should be identical to Walkera's Master CP after unplugging its S-FHSS Module from the receiver) I am now facing a constant beeping of my Devo8 starting right after binding. Timer is set to 10 mins, low battery does not apply at 4.39V I guess.
Strange thing that copying model.ini to my Devo6 there is no such beeping at all.
Does anyone know where that beeping on my Devo8 can come from? Its really driving me nuts meanwhile, since it is the only model that has this strange problem.

Edit: Initially using FW 2.11 I meanwhile upgraded to 4.01 which did not solve the prob
Besides that beeping all steering functions are working flawlessly!
