USB sign on Screen, NOTHING ELSE

Hello There
Im a newby and suddendly my T8SG Plus stopped working. When I press the red LED the screen simply comes up with a VERY LARGE USB symbol and there is no further action or possibilities, no response to any comand or toggles. I can turn it off but that is about all I can do.

did you ever get an answer im searching too Ive used mine for several days with different quads that all worked and then all the sudden Boom!!!! stuck on that Giant USB screen
