I actually prefer the fodt files. If I generate the pdf from fodt, it is 1/4 the size. you can also use LibreOffice diff capability to idnetify what I changed which may make the translation easier to do.

Either way though, thanks. I've updated the docs section.

I have some problems with editing complex FODT files. I can't ungroup diagram (Menu Layout) for edit and move text. If I change text boxes (e.g. Main Page), then arrow moved and I can't return its back.

I will learn to do that, but not right now.

yes, the arrows are dumb. I have the same issue. I haven't found a good solution to it other than not changing those pages often.

Thanks for the files vlad, I've added them to the deviation-manual repo, and added the pdfs to the download section.

I don't undestand your question. Russian translation there is inside v3.0.0 filesystem, folder 'language', file 'lang.ru'.

You can select russian language at 'Transmitter config', 'Language'.

I have Devo 7E, language selection is limited pre English.
Is it possible to install the firmware originally Russian, and English to remove?
As I understand it, she is in DFU localization or can reasonably put a txt file and throw it on Devo 7E (after all, when connected to a PC in UCB at Devo 7E is still free space)?

I don't know if Devo 7E can support any language except English. Devo 7E has limited memory (RAM).

If I remember correctly you can replace the English language file by removing the English and all other language files from the directory and leave only the Russian file. Deviation will then use the Russian file.

Devo 7e has not 'language' folder at all. English language contained in code by default.

But theoretically
If in the code replace English words into Russian, the firmware will work?

I'm doubt that source code files can be in UTF-8 code page.

There are two components consuming space: the language file (outside the code) and the translation table (a big table hold in RAM after reading and analyzing the language file).
I don't know if the code might contain UTF-8, but at least for the strings there could be a octal representation of those characters (which will disappear when compiling).

Might be worth a try, but could possibly lead to the demanding of localized versions for the Devo7e-deviation...
