Servo speed not saved in model.ini was created by ej189

Servo speed is a great function and working fine but the value doesn't save in modelxx.ini that every loading will be zero.

I've committed a fix for this. In the future, I prefer bug fixes be reported on bitbucket, as I could easily miss them if they are only reported here.
