losing connextion with rx801 was created by LeDub
I have a devo 8s and use a rx801 receiver for my tricopter. When i Make a new model in the tx it binds with no problem. When I turn of the Tx and turn it on again it wont bind anymore.I have to reset the model and start over. I tried to use a fixed ID but that didn't help. I don´t have this problem with my Scorpion or minicp. Using the scorpion profile to connect with the rx801 is also no problem, when I modify that profile to match my tricopter, the problems are back.
I think it has something to do with my settings so I attached the model.ini file

I don't see any problems at this profile. What number of channels you use at your scorpion profile?

It has 8 channels, I just tried to use 8 channels with the tricopter but that makes no difference.

I did also not see any issues in your model.ini-file.
I fly a diy-quad with kk-board and rx801. I attach my .ini-file. Maybe you can try this and take it as comparison or starting point for yours.

I tried your profile and it doesn't work either. But its not binding at all now, so i think the rx is broken. It was working fine yesterday, i haven't used it before. I use 3 ubec A30 esc's from hobby king and they are all connected to my kkboard (v3.0). Is it possible that i fried the tx because of that?
