Input very aggressiv

Hi everybody.
I am new to deviation and I try to set up.
I have tried nerly everything, but I am not able to make my sticks less aggressive in the center.
It doesnt metter if i use linear or expo. In the output monitor (ail or rudd) it goes very fast from min to max with just touching the sticks.
From center the sticks move +/-25% brings output from +/-minmax and the rest of stick motion seams to be nothing.
How can I setup to use the entire stickmotion?
Of course I was able to set the output less aggressive, but also here in the monitor i can see that little movement of the stick will bring output from min to max.
Can anybody help me?

The issue affects only ail and rudd. (stickmovement right/left) gas and ele (up/down) works correct with same settings.
Maybe I have to reinstall firmware?

Sorry. I have found my problem. The calibration of the transmitter was not done correctly. Now it works fine.
