I'm struggling with understanding virtual channels.
I see that config files use virtual channels for applications like pitch curves, and other uses.
I don't understand why they are used, and what the advantage is over just straighforward config. file setups.
I'm picking up bits, and pieces of info. on various posts, but I'm not getting enough to actually understand, and implement their use.
I have a feeling I'm not the only one.
The Deviation Manual is excellent but doesn't explain this subject.
Can someone point me to a link that explains Virtul Channels in VC101 language.
