Devo7e just loaded 3.0.0. How to bind to RX701? was created by zbowman
New to the deviation tx firmware. It seems nice.
Have my model setup in the tx after updating the firmware. Everything seemed to go smoothly. Set the TX type to DEVO.
Not sure what needs done to get it to bind to my RX701 rx. Using it in a scratch build spitfire. Should be able to fly once I figure out how they bind.
Thanks for any help

I'll add that when I turn on my Devo 7e it does show an error of 'Bad/Missing Protocols' with just an OK button to remove it.
I assumed that was for the extra modules that could be used like frsky, etc.

I should have read the 7e manual.
Moved the protocol folder onto my transmitter
Set the protocol to Devo
Opened the Fixed ID and deleted all numbers so it would be set to none which then auto-binds and then tried again. Bound instantly
Thanks for the nice new firmware
