Can anyone help I have a Devo 8s and would like to download the deviation firmware but I am not to good with downloading.

Best is relative.

The v3.0.0 is stable, but the nightly is fresh and have quite a few new features. You choose...

BTW this nightly is quite stable too...

These downloads are needed.

The fw:
www.deviationtx.com/repository/Deviation...-v3.0.0-c960b8e.zip/

...and the filesystem:
www.deviationtx.com/repository/Deviation...-v3.0.0-c960b8e.zip/

Read the manual for the instructions.

You will need to copy only the contents of the "filesystem/devo8/" directory, not the filesystem directory itself...
