Devo 10 Firm

Hello I'm new to this and recently bought a devo 10. I have dl'd the software from Walkera ( tried both versions available) but when I plug in the DEVO to the PC flip the switch while holding down ent. The transmitter has the right screen, the pc recognizes the transmitter but the Dfuse software dose not recognize the transmitter is available or there at all. ANy suggestions?
