EMU .elf file was created by ave1
Can someone share how to use this file. I assume it is essential for utilizing the emulator but, I have never known how to use an .elf file and plug in into the exe.. RBE was thoughtful and always helpful but, I don't wish to distract. So, I have downloaded the file but, not sure how to proceed using the emulator as it is an executable.

Not needed for Emu. Only needed when you have a problem with your Tx and asked for error.txt+elf's. So when you compile you nightly for example you'll have elf's and DFU's but you only need DFU's.

When you compile with linux the emulators are *.elf files and are executable. Sorry, I wanted to upload the Windows versions but mixed it up...
Now you will find the Windows emulators.
