Fixed ID is used by Walkera only, correct?
It looks like Deviation gives the option for Fixed ID for any of the supported Protocols, correct?

I believe that's what keeps others from being able to lock onto your F-ID

When setting up a bind to DSM2 receivers, I've been using a fixed ID number. Seems to work well with 3 helis using Spektrum, Lemon and Orange brand satellites.

'Fixed ID' is some type of 'Model Match' (Spectrum). Rx in time of bind memorize combined 'Tx ID' and 'Fixed ID'.

Right. I have 2 Devo 6 transmitters and the same fixed ID numbers on both doesn't allow binding to any one receiver. So the code stored in the receiver must include a transmitter ID.vlad_vy wrote: 'Fixed ID' is some type of 'Model Match' (Spectrum). Rx in time of bind memorize combined 'Tx ID' and 'Fixed ID'.
