3 extra modules in a devo 10 or 12s was created by TomPeer
Hello,

I would like to solder in al three modules in a devo 10 or 12s.
Ntf24l01, a7105 and cc2500.
Is it possible for 2 modules to share a connection to tms or tck?
Or should i use a switch. And if so should i switch the tms/tck or the 3.3v lead.
or both (2 poles).

Or... is it just not possible and should i forget it.

Thanks for the help.

It will be a good idea to leave VCC connected.
But you will have to pay attention for CSN, staying high (module not selected).
So a 2 pole switch is not enough, one 2x3 will pass the signal through and keep the other line with a pull up high.

It is not as simple as from a PPM Modul to an additional 2.4 module.
Just my two cents.

EDIT: Keep in mind, the software may not handle a double entry for A13 or A14 and you will have to edit the hardware.ini everytime or a - Module not found-
will appear.

Devo7e, TaranisQ X7, R9M , 4in1 MM, Futaba FC18plusV3.2 & DFT/FLD-02

Thank you for this information.
One of the reasons i like deviation so much is that i simply can chose between models with different protocols. I don't want to compromise that. So i will leave it with 2 modules then.
Waiting for the multi protocol module board.
Again thanks.

The only way to have 3 RF chips (or 4) actually is via the Multimodule ....
