Devo 7E 2x3 switches what version?

Hello,
I look for people who have installed 4.0.1 Deviation Devo 7E with 2x3ways switches. I want to know which version they used for, mine has a bug that makes reboot the radio.
I do not dare use it because I'm afraid my helicopter hurts someone. A help from you would be welcome.
