Devo12 module error

Anybody ever get a cyrf module error when you turn on your devo12? it has happened to mine once and i powered it off and back on and it cleared the error...another weird thing is it will randomly loose connection with my Devo12 ch rx for some reason...not sure whats going on with it...i haven't had this radio very long at all and it still has the stock devo12 module in it that it came with...i haven't noticed it loosing connection with any of my DSM receivers but i have only flew a couple times using it with DSM...

i am running the nightly build firmware so i could assign the tx ID to both my devo8 and 12 so i could use which ever one i want to fly with without having to rebind

Do you have any additional modules installed in your transmitter?

No it is just like it came out of the box ...only had to open it up to switch the throttle ratchet cause i fly mode 3 with throttle on the right side...also had to solder one of the terminals on the Th-hold switch it was completely missed and not soldered during production...
