Using Aux4 and Aux5 knobs

In v3.0 I had my Aux4 knob controlling %ELE and Aux5 controlling %AIL.

With v4.0 the knobs are not active. How do I set these up in this version?

When you Calibrate the sticks you must also calibrate the knobs. If you don't they will not work.

Thanks! This was a total lack of paying attention on my part.

The screen even says to calibrate all sticks and knobs.
