Quad won't hover after installing Deviation, esc?

Hi, I need some advice please. I just switched to Deviation on my Devo 10. Now the craft w/RX601 exhibits strange behavior. While trying to hover it gets spurts of power intermittently and it yaws left or right a little with the spurts when they happen. I thought it might be a bad esc/motor wire connection. I looked and found a loose wire esc/motor wire. I resoldered and it looked fine. I tried to hover again and the same thing happens. It also wobbles can't get it to hover, any suggestions?
