Multi-module do I need the CYRF6936? was created by JaiCee
I would like to add the CC2500, A7105 and NRF24L01 modules to my Devo 7E do I need the CYRF6936 module for the multi-module? I thought that was standard transmitter or is that disabled when the multi-module is installed?
Thanks
Thanks

You don't need the cyrf since you already have one. The reason it is included on the multi-module is:
a) if you want increased range but don't want to do the range-mod
b) so the board could be used with other transmitters that don't have a cyrf chip onboard.

Thanks I thought that might be the case but I wanted to be sure. Given that I need to solder in the multi-module I might as well do the range mod
Thank you for your efforts - these mods really add a whole new dimension to this transmitter
