Devo 8 firmware was created by Leisure

I got a Devo 8 (not 8s) and I see that there is only one version of deviation software for Devo 8. Can the same software be used for both 8 & 8s?

Also, does anyone have a link to the stock Devo 8 firmware from Walkera? I spent some time googling but all I found was for the 8s. This is just in case I want to revert back to stock...

The Deviation firmware for the Devo8 and 8s is the same. You can't use telemetry unless you upgrade the module inside your Devo8 (to turn it into an 8S). It has been a long time now, and I no longer recall whether you can run the stock Walkera devo8s firmware in a devo8 or not.
