I'm sorry but we need some more information about what the issue is.
If you cannot get back to the programming page, you should pull the battery out, wait 10 seconds, make sure the Tx is off, and then plug the battery back in.
If your problem is elsewhere, you should post more details about the issue.

This is all I get after update, with 4.0.1 firmware. I tried pulling the battery out, then tried update again. Th dfuse upgrade tool says that it correctly loaded. I get nothing but black marks as you can see in attachments.
thank you,
Bill

Do not ask me questions via PM. Ask in the forums, where I'll answer if I can.

You can upload pictures, but it's really picky about them. There's a size limit, and it has to have an extension that the thing likes. I.e. - I can't upload ".text" files without first renaming them to ".txt". Yeah, it's silly and takes me back to the 80s.
Check the size on your image, and make sure the extension is .jpg and not .jpeg or something else.

lots of sites have restrictions on what you can upload. Unfortunately Kunena doesn't provide any feedback as to what you did wrong, so it is infuriating to figure out where your attachments go. I wonder if there is a plugin for that.

Actually Kunena gives a message, it is just shown at the top of the page, which usually stays unrealized...
BTW it shows the allowed extensions in tooltip over the Add File button too, at least for me on Chrome it does.
The picture limit is 1MB.
