Not enough space on drive

I simply wanted to update to the most recent nightly build. I have never had problems, until tonight. I backed up my icon, model and TX ini file as always but, I am getting an Drive space error and cant get the files from a nightly build on my DEVO12S.
Also, I took a look at the defuse updater and cant see my TX loaded there either. Can someone advise me please?
